General Information and House Rules
Welcome! Our 1.5-acre property is located at the bottom of Nob Hill (named after San Franciscos Nob Hill), a residential area conveniently close to Waimea town center. We are right on the main road through town although set back far enough so you’llnever even notice the noise. All you’ll hear are the trade winds, wind chimes, and, on rare occasion, the cows on the hillside above the property.
The studio cottage you’ll be living in is nestled between two other houses. The main house is occupied by Tom and Deanna (owners) and the back house is occupied by Jeremy (Tom’s son), Trish, and their two dogs (Jaxx and Riley).
