• utilities

• laundry facilities on site (includes detergent, hand-held steamer, iron, and ironing board)
• dedicated parking space in the grass

• gas BBQ grill (shared with owners)
• beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, and beach towels
• limited housekeeping services available monthly (additional fee)
• use of 2018 Honda CRV (additional fee; valid drivers license and proof of insurance required)

Please help yourself to our garden of fresh fruits and vegetables (bananas, avocados, kale, grape tomatoes, lettuce and other salad greens, green onion and more).
